This short briefing was written by a client:

target-audience: We are a management consulting company that Analysis IT in- and Outsourcing for their customers.

target audience: decision makers / upper management / round table
Description: We developed a formula to evalute outsourcing and shows its strength and weaknesses to our customers. Besides this it allows to

show the customer which options are best and forecast the costs for the next periods.

The name of the formula is "STOQ-K Methode" (Strategy, Technology, Organisation, Quality and Costs)

The formula consists of five sectors which each can have 3 to 8 factors grouped below them. (see IMG_1159)

The assignment of the factors is not static (see SektorenFaktoren.pdf), that's the reason for the requirement to have 3-8 factors below a sector.

Basically the evaluation compares the values of costs + risks - chances for In- and Outsourcing. (see IMG_1190)

The goal is to create a design, that shows the sectors, factors and the formula and:

a) shows the dependencies from sectors and factors

b) the formula itself

c) is able to be displayed as a whole or as selected parts of in and is reusable in different forms of presentations (e.g. .pptx, .pdf, etc.)

--> we plan to use this diagram/graphic as a whole and as parts (only sectors, factors or formula or parts of it) in a PowerPoint presentation
