This short briefing was written by a client:

target-audience: I´m a freelancer working as a programmer for industrial robot- and plc-systems. my customers are the mechanical engineering and manufacturing industries (automotive and supplier, food industry, ...).
Description: My old Logo contains my initials "mj" and the word "Solutions", separated by a vertical line "|".
Because of the word "Solutions" is not apparent what kind of solutions I offer, I have complement the logo with the slogan 'Softwarelösungen nach Maß", which means "individual Software Solutions".

Because the meaning of "software solution" not specifies "Robot-Software", I would like to express this in my new logo.
So I imagine a industrial robot as well as "mj|Solutions" in the new logo. If the slogan is still needed depends on your design - for me it´s not necessary.
Regarding the color scheme I'm also not set (the previous logo colors are welcome to be changed), but it should not be more than two colors. (It may like a somewhat "aggressive" and striking.)
The robot should be identify as a industrial robot at first appearance, but allows no conclusion on a robot-producer.
I am a friend of "clear and straight lines" and not too many details and embellishments.
