This short briefing was written by a client:

target-audience: Target group:

The blog is intended for people with the following travel style: Young and still young Backpackers (from 18 to 40 years). However, it is not directed primarily to low-budget backpackers, but to people who love easy mid-budget style traveling. E.g. People who don't say no to a dinner in a higher class restaurant but sleep in a hostel (maybe dorm or single room).

The travel blog treats exclusively countries of Latin America (Central and South America). The following topics are covered:

- Eat Drink
- Places & Activities
- Accommodation & Transport

The appendix contains a document with various slogans found on the various topics.

The travel blog is intended to travel to the different countries and therefor stimulate and support as inspiration when planning trips.

Long-term goal: holagringo.com is for Latin America one of the first selected focal points with travel arrangements / -Inspiration. A subsequent monetization of blogs, for example, ranging from travel consultancy / Guide, is quite conceivable.
Description: Important:

- A unique brand with high recognition value
- Timeless and modern (flat) Design
- Discreet use of color (max two colors)

What should carry the logo:

- The contents of the blog (see Keyword List)
- But in particular: Latin American flair

Art of the logo:

The logo must offer a contrast to the structured and uncluttered website, but should not be a foreign body. It is therefore important that the designer is dealing with the Web page dummy.

Color:

In principle free choice, but I would prefer it if you would be built on the Google-color palette (see links). I will later carry the color scheme to the entire website. This Fact should be considered, so too flashy colors tend to be not preferable.

Logo format:

- The logo plus name (holagringo.com) should therefore come in Landscape
- The logo alone is supposed to work in the square (and can therefore be used on platforms such as Facebook or YouTube without problems)

Important as already mentioned is the recognition of the logo alone (without lettering); there should be a fire which convinces with simplicity. It is quite conceivable that the combined with the lettering logo slightly different from stand-alone logo (but must always remain a connection).

I let myself be happy now surprised by proposals; together, the result can be further developed.
