Als zweites die Zusammenarbeit; verbindliche Kommunikation, die Designentwürfe wurden von OMRAM erklärt und er scheut nicht davor zurück, mitzuteilen wenn die Änderungswünsche vom Briefing und seiner Vorstellung der Umsetzung abweichen, prompte Reaktion auf Kommentare Als drittes die Zuverlässigkeit; alle Zusagen wurden eingehalten, auch das Feintuning nach Projektende war vorbildlich.
