This short briefing was written by a client:

target-audience: Our company produces hand made crocheted and knitted hats made out of wool. Our target customers are majorly women and men at the age of 16 between and 45. However, it is very likely that hats for children will be produced in the future as well. Our customers have a sense for fashion. We offer hats that are simple and single colored, but also hats that are colorful and flashy depending on the customers preference. In the future, other products such as scarfs and gloves will form part of our product line, also made out of wool. Finally, customers will be able to design their own hats within certain barriers.
Description: We ourselves are young people looking for a logo that fits into modern day society. The logo can incorporate color but should resemble a professional company and should be adjusted to our target group. As we are are looking for a trademark thats contains both an image and a name (nest) it is important to us that the image is very distinctive and catchy and remains in the heads of those who see it. Ideas for an image do not necessarily need to contain a hat itself, other ideas are welcomed as well. The logo will be portrayed on a website and also on emblems that will be sewn onto our hats and other future products. As these emblems are relatively small (ca. 1x2 cm) the logo should be clearly visible on these as well.
