How can I achieve an elite status?

An elite project is particularly well-suited for ambitious customers or agencies. An elite project won’t be found in google and the designers will sign a confidentiality agreement.   What requirements must be met by the designer..

How can I change my username?

If you want to change your name, please send us a request including your new desired username. 

How do I upload a profile picture?

You will find the option to upload a profile picture under “My Account” - “Profile”- “image.” Your selected image can not exceed 1MB.

How can I delete my account?

You can delete your account under "My Account" in the "Settings" tab under "Account Details".
