Why are designs in some competitions hidden?

Basically all designs are hidden and each designer can only see his or her own proposals.

Whether the designs are revealed after the competition has been completed depends on the respective project setting.

For Pro-projects and elite projects, the designs remain hidden even after the contest has been completed. Only the winning design is revealed to the other participating designers.

For standard projects all designs are visible after the project has been completed. These can also be used as a reference in the portfolio or for advertising purposes by designenlassen.de.
