This short briefing was written by a client:

target-audience
I own a wine and spirits store that sponsors my own breeding of jumping horses. The store is called Cave du Chardon and my horses all have names that end in 'du Chardon'. This is the logo that will be embroidered on the team's clothing in the horse world and is meant to make the public understand the connection between the business and the breeding (and to invite them to visit the website). I am also thinking of putting my name on it to identify the fact that I am independent and that it is not a big company.
Description
I would like the following to appear on the logo:
-Team du Chardon (the main one)
-The fact that there are two aspects: the cellar and the breeding (possibly but not obligatory: with pictograms to represent the wine and the horses). This part must be clearly divided in two so that the public understands both aspects (with arrows or by another means, it doesn't matter): on one side 'La Cave' and on the other 'L’Elevage', with the presence of these two words.
-My name (Gillie Jaquet)
-the website: caveduchardon.ch

I am attaching an image of a concept I thought of but there is no obligation to stick to it.
I am also attaching a thistle design that can be used (or not).

The logo will be embroidered on the back of jackets and sweatshirts.
